Starting a new year can come with many mixed feelings.  In 2023 we experienced hardships, victories, losses, triumphs, pains, growth, and lessons.  As we embark on 2024, we are met with excitement for fresh possibilities and opportunities to get right what we didn't quite master the previous year.
